Melanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a diverse background including political social work and clinical service provision to individuals and families. Melanie began her social work career volunteering on a domestic violence hotline. She later worked in shelters, a battering intervention program and a legal advocacy program. After completing her Masters program, Melanie completed a year long fellowship in the US Congress. Since then, Melanie enjoys providing in-home psychotherapy with clients and families. Melanie enthusiastically offers individual, family, and group counseling with TheraCounsel, Inc. in the Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas in Broward County, Florida.
