Melanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a diverse background including political social work and clinical service provision to children, elderly and families. Melanie began her social work career volunteering on a domestic violence hotline. She later worked in shelters, a battering intervention program and a legal advocacy program. After completing her Masters program, Melanie completed a fellowship in the US Congress. Since then, Melanie enjoys providing in-home counseling with clients and families as well as providing social work services for a hospice organization. Melanie enthusiastically offers individual, family, and group counseling for TheraCounsel, Inc. in the Ft Lauderdale and surrounding areas in Broward County, Florida.
