Anita F. Torrence, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist resides in West Palm Beach, Fl.  She received her Bachelor’s degree  in Social Work from Dillard University in New Orleans, LA., and her Master’s degree in Social Work, from Sacramento State University in Sacramento and her licensed in clinical social work ad psychotherapy in Florida.  Anita serves families, adults, and seniors in their own living environment in Broward and Palm Beach  Florida.  She works with those with a wide range of concerns, which include, but are not limited to: family relationship issues, anxiety, adjustment issues, bereavement, grief and loss.  Ms. Torrence takes great pride in serving as a psychotherapist and became  advocate for the elderly, and those motivated to restore optimal level of mental well-being.  She has also had prior experience working in an assisted living community and nursing home as an Adult Education Teacher.  Her unique and compassionate style encompasses an eclectic approach specializing in cognitive restructuring; behavioral modification, solution-focused therapy and self-esteem enhancement, which help people find their purpose and mission in life to begin realizing that their potential is limitless.
